Martine is a Therapeutic Coach providing a unique service that combines Theraeputic Counselling, Personal Performance Coaching and Mindfulness tohelp empower and change the lives of individuals who are struggling with their mental health.  Martine began her journey in 2013 as a Personal Performance Coach and in 2017 began counselling with agencies such as Age UK, Community Counselling Service and Healthbox CIC.  In April 2020 Martine set up her own practice called Readysetgo Success and Wellbeing, where she supports individuals from age 13years through to age 81year, on a 121 basis, supporting them with a range of issues such as stress, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, lack of confidence, OCD, PTSD, Bi-Polar, Pesonality disorder, relationships and many others including mediation services.  Martine also delivers various 1 hour Mental Health workshops to groups, helping to reduce the stigma around mental health and to raise awareness of mental health in general and specific issues such as stress, managing emotions, self -esteem and confidence and many more.
